Terms
Terms of service
These terms govern access to Vector's market-monitoring and research workspace. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and make your own financial decisions.
Effective August 30, 2026
Service scope
Vector organizes public market information, derived signal events, and saved research preferences. Features, supported markets, data providers, availability, and pricing may change as the product develops.
Not financial advice
Vector does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice and does not guarantee that a signal is accurate, complete, timely, or profitable. Derivatives are high risk. Verify market information independently and decide whether any action is appropriate for you.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account secure and provide accurate registration information. Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, resell, scrape beyond documented access, evade limits, or use Vector in violation of law, sanctions, exchange rules, or third-party rights. We may restrict access to protect users and the service.
Paper and preview features
Controls labeled paper, simulated, preview, or automation preview do not represent live order execution. Simulated results may differ materially from real markets because of latency, liquidity, fees, slippage, funding, and other conditions.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Vector is not liable for trading losses, missed events, unavailable or delayed data, or decisions made using the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an effective date means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using Vector at any time; we may suspend or terminate access for material violations or security risk.
