Privacy policy
Vector collects only the information needed to operate accounts, saved workspaces, product reliability, and security. Exchange credentials and real-order execution are not part of the current service.
Effective August 30, 2026
Information we process
When you create an account, our authentication provider processes identifiers such as your email address, Google account profile, session information, and security events. Vector stores your saved watchlists, thresholds, preferences, and signal workspace records under your account.
We also process limited device, request, and product-usage data to secure the service, diagnose failures, and understand whether the product is useful.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, synchronize your workspace, deliver the features you request, prevent abuse, measure reliability, and improve Vector. We do not sell personal information or use account data to place trades.
Providers and transfers
Vector relies on service providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, and database operations. Those providers process data under their own security and privacy terms and may operate infrastructure outside your country. Public market data may be obtained from exchange endpoints independently of your account.
Retention and control
We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, backup, legal, and operational purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the support channel shown in the product. Deleting an account may not immediately remove short-lived backups or required audit records.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
